Dr. Bipin Chadha has over 25 years of experience in leading and developing advanced analytics, AI, simulation, and optimization models to solve challenging business problems for a broad range of industries. He has spent the last 15 years in the financial services industry applying data science and AI to insurance, banking, and wealth management use cases. As the VP of Data Science for CSAA Insurance Group, which provides AAA-branded in 23 states, he is responsible for data governance, advanced analytics, and data science.

He established and leads the data strategy and the data office for the organization. He has helped establish and led data science practice at several organizations and has won several awards and patents for data visualization, analytical models, and chatbots. Earlier in his career he was involved in several modeling, AI, and Multi Agent Systems programs for DARPA and other R&D labs. With a recently published book on machine learning and over 50 papers in international conferences and journals, Bipin is frequently invited to speak at industry events. He received his PhD from Georgia Tech, a MS from Southern Illinois University, and a BE degree from IIT-Roorkee.
